Ingredients
  • 300 gms. Potatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. Chopped coriander
  • 1 Tsp. Chopped green chilli
  • 1 Tsp. Ginger paste
  • 1 Tsp. Garlic paste
  • 1 Tsp. Jeera powder
  • 1 Tsp. Dhaniya powder
  • ½ Tsp. Turmeric powder
  • 50 gms. Crushed peanuts
  • Salt to taste
Method
  • Boil the potato for 10 minutes. Remove the skin and mash it.
  • Add the ginger and garlic paste, chopped chilly and mix well.
  • Then add the masala (dhaniya powder, jeera powder , turmeric) and mix.
  • Make small patties and coat them with crushed peanuts.
  • Place them in a pan and roast without oil.
